1.ULOP Membership is required. Logging –in thru our counter, prior to any transaction is needed.
2.Quoted Price Validity is 7 days.
3.Availability of stocks should be check before hand.
4.Prices are subject to change w/o prior notice

Mode of Payment:

1.Cash Payment
2.Bank Deposit payment (Payment thru bank is subject for verification.)
3.Check Payments (Prior to releasing, Checks Payment are subject to bank clearance)
4.Credit Cards

Note: All Quoted prices are in cash basis only. Any incidental cost, such as bank charges, surchages fee, services fee, taxes. Etc. Shall be shouldered by the buyer.

Delivery:

1.NCR- standard delivery charges is applied
2.Province

Land – Delivery charges varies, depending on location.
Sea/Air – Shipments and handling fees shall be shouldered by the buyer. Likewise to any mishaps or acts of nature is buyers burden.

Note: Full payment is required upon delivery /shipment of all items.

Warranty:

1.All Claims of warranty are carry in
2.Extended suppliers warranty applies to ULOP Members Only, subject to suppliers RMA Services.
3.Days replacement due by manufacturers deffective items, should be in its all original packaging with complete box and accessories and receipt upon claiming the replacement.

Void Warranty:

1.Tampered warranty sticker
2.Misused, Mishandled
3.Physical Damage
4.Acts of Nature

Principles of Good Faith:

All transaction/Negotiations shall be bound by this posted agreements, otherwise will fall under special transaction with which guidelines should thoroughly discussed by both parties. All issues, should be properly and professionally addressed, with the sanctions of Good faith.

one burden that our co shop owners are experienced and still experiencing is the number of days we have to wait to get the defective items we wish to be replaced within the warranty period.

as you know it is important for us to get the replaced merchandise as soon as possible cause this is where we get our income. one pc part thats defective could mean money loss for us.

is there a way for you fix us some special line where we could get the replacement on the spot regardless of the replacement period? i know its hard to do but what the heck im just asking.

some of us are willing to pay extra in order to get the replacement right away..

hope you could take note of our concern as a feed back from your customer

bakit di na lang ipost dito yung list ng mga items along with your prices? humahaba kasi yung proseso imbes wala na magtanong kita na agad....or secret yung mga presyo para di makita ng kalaban. mas ok na lang siguro kung ilantad na yan para makita natin kung sino ang mas maganda ang presyo. IMHO
