.This is a guide on how to install and setup Cafesuite 3.50.2

This guide is based on my personal settings and it is not based on Accounts.



First download the latest version of Cafesuite 3.50.2




After downloading install it by double clicking it and and follow the instruction of installation

Install Cafesuite installation files to D:\CafeSuite

Click Next as it creates a Start Menu folder

Click Next (If you are doing an upgrade just check the backup)

Wait while it is installing

Click Finish to Run the CafeStation

Click ok to run CafeStation in trial mode


ADDING Computers in CafeStation

CAFEAGENT Installation

To install CafeAgent, make sure that you have shared the Client Folder
inside D:\CafeSuite like this one below

Now, on your client pc/workstation, click Start, Click run and then type
\\serverpcname\client

then hit Enter

Now double click CafeAgentSetup to begin the installation

Click Run to install CafeAgent

Click Next

Wait while cafeagent is installang

If the Cafeagent is fresh installed it will prompt you to restart

Click yes to restart

After restart you will be prompt to enter the IP or Hostname of serverpc
that runs Cafestation and the port used (7778)

Just put it and click ok and the Workstation will be locked and your done..


How to setup CafeSuite sending reports through email

1. make a gmail account
2.on your cafestation click program>options>reports
3. follow the screenshot sample(you have to used your own email address in GMAIL)

here's a working way to bring back the screen resolution to default after a customer time is over and the screen resolution was change to lower resolution made by a game he/she plays

1. Download NIRCMD---> www.nirsoft.net/utils/nircmd.zip

2. Extract the contents to C:WINDOWS

3. Open a notepad and type this:

nircmd.exe setdisplay 1280 1024 32

4. Save it as resolution.cmd and place it inside the Crogram FilesCafeAgent

5. Now on your CafeStation Click

Program>Client Setup>Automation> End

Check Execute Program and type the path below

Crogram FilesCafeAgentresolution.cmd

Click Ok and Update the CafeAgent in all client workstations

so when the customer's time is over and if you free computer, the resolution goes back to default

legend:

1280 1024 - screen resolution of your monitor

32 - is the bit resolution (recommended)

yes stable according to their site, but the latest on their database was 3.50.3 but not a release version.

there is a bug with CafeAgent 3.50.2

i will upgrade the cafeagent to 3.50.3

sir I was able to set up a new charging rate easily after I read this very helpful thread of yours... karma for you as a way of telling you i'm grateful from the bottom of my heart... mabuhay po kayo...

by the way CafeStation 3.50.2 is ok to pair with CafeAgent 3.50.3 and mabilis ang pag kill ng process when you kill a client pc process sa CafeStation process manager compared sa 3.49d to 3.49L
