This is only a guide for the basic Configuration of Cafesuite. This is not the perfect

setup. I am not liable if you encounter any crashes or misconfiguration. Use it at your own

risk.


This Setup/Configuration is for Network using STATIC IP


If you are using modified OS. for the first time you start time to particular workstation,

the timebar will freeze.
The workaround is to cancel the time, then reboot the workstation, after reboot the

workstation wil be locked, you can only start/add
the time to the workstation when the STATE of it at the CAFESTATION is LOCKED. Try to

add/start the time for the Workstation, you will see the timebar is at the middle center of

the Desktop, you can now place it to the top center.

To lessen/avoid crashes between CafeStation and CafeAgent, use Windows XP Operating system

that is not modified, if your server is using Windows XP Pro SP3, then your workstation must

be Windows XP Pro SP3/SP2 as long as both server and workstation OS is not modified, you

will never encounter problems, if there is, less only.

To use the Print Control Feature, you should install Old CafeSuite Print Control Module

Cient Installation

Before you can Install Cafesuite Client via Network Path, make sure that the

Client Folder is Shared, Client Installer Folder is located @

C:\Program Files\Cafesuite.

Make sure that it is shared like this one below

To access the Client Folder make sure that you know the Network Name or the Computer Name of

your Server PC

My Server PC name is SERVER like this one below

Now we are going to start the Cafesuite Client installation.

1. On your worksattion or Client PC, Click the Start Button, and then Click Run.

2. Type \\server\client

3. Hit Enter

The Client Installer Folder Network path will be displayed like this one below

4. Double click CafeAgent or CafeAgentSetup then it will be installed and just follow the

installation instruction.


@ Instruction number 2 you must type the name of your server pc, not the one in that

instruction because that is applicable to mine


You should do the Installation on each Workstation or Client PC

Cafesuite Switching Between Two PC

Right click on PC1 or PC2

Click Move Client then Move Customer Window will appear

Uncheck Show only free workstation so that all PC name will appear either vacant or

occupied.

Select the PC to be Switch with

If PC PC1 will Switch with PC2, the time of PC1 will go to PC2, the time of PC2 lwill go to

PC1

Adding or Deleting PC

Select the PC that you want to delete by clicking on it.

Then go to LIST Menu then click Delete Computer.

In this Screenshot I selected/Highlighted PCI to be deleted

To add Computer just go to LIST Menu then click Add Computer

Kaw na bahala kung Periodic o Stndard ang chrging mo...

Kung baga sa P15/hr(Periodic) at P10/half hour(Periodic)

Kung ang tomer gagamit ng half hour(P10) at later on mag add siya ulit ng half hour(P10), bale ang babayaran niya is P20 kung Periodic ang charging Rate pero kung Standard at nag add siya ng half hour, P15 lang ang babayaran niya..

sir warlock paano charging rates
kung may promo.... for example

normal rate = P20/hr
promo rate = P15/hr na yun rate if 2 or more hours used by customer
and P15/hr rate kapag gabi, 7pm pataas...

gawa ka ng dalawang charging rate

morning(periodic) and evening(periodic) make sure check mo yung periodic rate check box nila

setup mo ang P20/hr rate mo sa morning (P1/3min)

setup mo ang P15/hr rate mo evening
(follow mo yung by minute na ginawa ko kung ang half hour mo is P10, lagay mo lahat yun)


edit mo ang normal(standard) rate

lagay ka ng charging scheme na P1 per 3 minutes

Wag mo check yung Periodic rate checkbox kasi nga standard ang normal.

Tpos click mo Add

Sa Discount rate, select mo ang Morning

Set mo interval time 6:00 AM to 7:00 PM click Ok
(depende kung anong oras ka magbubukas ng net mo)

Tpos Click mo ulit ang Add.

Sa Discount rate, select mo ang Evening

Set mo interval time example 7:00 PM to 12:00 AM click Ok
(depende kung anong oras ka magsasara ng net mo)

Gawin mo rin tong setup na to

Make sure na ang Assign Rate mo is Normal

And everything is done....

Ang problema lang sa setup na to is ang Open Time

Kung ang tomer ay nag start ng Open Time below 7:00 PM, let say 6:50 PM

Ang charging rate niya ay nasa Morning Rate which is P20 kht pa umabot na siya dun sa Promo
rate which is 7:00 PM P15 hour not unless kung e calcultae muna niya ang time niya then
start again the Open Time and then he can now avail the promo which is P15 per hour

Kung ang tomer naman nag start ng Open Time exactly 7:00 PM, of course ang charging rate niya is P15/hr na

Sa per hour naman ay walang problema

Let say 6:30 PM nag start ang tomer tpos 7:30 PM siya mag time over dba.

HalimBAWA bigla syang mag add ng another hour, kung ang pag add niya ng 1 hr is below 7:00 PM ang charge sa kanya is still P20 bale 2hrs is P40, if exactly 7:00 PM ang pag add niya ng 1 hr then the charge is P15, bale 2hrs is P35.

Once na setup mo na to, make sure na ang Default charging Rate is Normal

Just Go to Program Menu, Money, Assign Rates.

sir nag-eeror itong cafesuite dun sa P30/2 hrs promo ko, nagiging P40 / 2hrs kapag banda 6:00pm to 6:59pm


here are my settings
normal rate

P30 2 hrs
P20 1 hr
P10 30 min

evening rate
P15 1 hr
P10 30 min

Reminder:

Kapag ang tomer nag open time/unlimited time below 7:pm

Considered prn ang charging rate niya sa Morning Rate
(P20/hr, P30 = 2hrs, P50 = 3hrs so on and so forth)

Kung ang tomer gagamit ng 1hr, let say 6:30pm - 7:30pm

Ang charging rate niya is under morning rate prn kht dumaan pa siya sa promo rate, ngayon pag naisipan niya mag add ng 1hr, let say 6:58 or 6:59 mo na add ang additional 1 hr niya, under prn yun sa morning rate so bale P30 pesos na charge sa kanya, ngayon pag naisipan niya mag add ng 1hr exactly 7:pm, ang additional charge niya is evening rate na, yung promo mo which is P15, so bale ang babayaran niya is P35 for 2hrs, napaka complicated dba.

Ikaw na bahala mag explain sa kanila nyan (mga customer mo)

One more thing, kapag na setup mo to ng mabuti, ang morning at evening rate at naipasok mo clang dalawa sa normal rate, at kapag nag start ka ng time between the time range of 6am to 7:59pm, Morning Rate ang lalabas sa Rate toolbar, kapag start ka naman ng time between the time range of 7pm to 11:30pm, Evening Rate ang lalabas sa Rate toolbar.
