Dito sana natin pag-usapan ang setup, fine-tuning, and developments ng timer or controller para sa linux/hybrid lanshop natin particulary mkahawa. May nakita akong post na nasa isang pc lang ang handy cafe at mkahawa timer, ang astig ng dating. ;-)

Sowee mga bossing, may topic na pala for mkahawa timer. ayun na lang sundan natin.

Pero paano kung hybrid ang lanshop? Pasensya na, newbie pa lang kasi sa linux.

Mkahawa is written in C++. it should run on Windows also. pang hybrid yan talaga as i understand it.

i-lock mo na lang kaya ito bossing? or better delete this para di tayo bloated dito sa ULOP. pasensya na po, sobrang over hyper excited kasi sa YLMF kaya kinulang sa search and back-read.

Pwede kang gumawa ng sarili mong café timer entirely out of bash scripts, just like what I did. I started with the project mid-July during my spare time and was able to finish a working prototype in less than a week. Pagkatapos, puro refinements/improvements na lang ang ginawa ko sa timer.

So if you know some bash programming (similar yan sa pag-gawa ng batch files under DOS/Windows), it's possible.

TBH, I didn't bother with mkahawa or it's predecessor, CCLFox. My requirements were quite simple and I had my own criteria on how the terminals are controlled. So, the best thing to do at that time was to write my own timer software. Lucky for me meron na akong background sa programming kaya yung development time was minimal.

meron rin akong timer na gawa sa windows kaso, iba talaga structure ng linux kaya di basta pwede rin i-port yung timer na ginawa ko...
