im looking for the possibility that u encounter an error in your processor...ive encounter that too before
give this a try, palitan mo ung processor mo ng compatible jan sa socket mo, if you start ur pc well, obviously YOU WIN...

check IDE cables test mo sa ibang PC kung gagana, incase gumana balik mo pero this time tanggalin mo VC means onboard ka lang muna, kuha ka ng good and working memory module..clear mo din CMOS and try to boot again..tried but failed?
Check mo rin PSU baka defective na rin... ano mga indications sa keyboard may naka-lit ba o wala na? Harddisk spinning or not?
