yung luma kong shop gusto ko na epa renovate... mag 5years na ito next year... so plan ko e-upgrade/renovate ito next year...

24 units pero 20units are CRTs pa...
yung specs OK pa naman kasi 2years ago nag upgrade ako ng board and memory so lahat sila EMAXX 780g + 1gig memory...
around half ang processor is AMD X2 3600+ (2.0ghz pero DUAL CORE)
yung iba mga X2 4xxx+ na... 2.4ghz-2.6ghz
so "medyo" OK pa yung performance...

ang nakikita kong upgrade is:
1. CRTs palitan ng LCD*
2. Add more RAMS para maging 2gig
-yung processor pwede cguro palitan pero problem is mahirap e dispose...

*eto yung PROBLEMA... nasa province ako so mahirap itong e dispose kasi dito mahirap e benta pag di isang whole unit...
PLUS ang mahal ng LCD... 6k each will equate to 120K

meron ako nababasang feedback na PALITAN lang yung CASING para mag mukhang bago na lahat...
medyo SEMI chopsuey din yung casing kasi 10 are trendsonics, 6 are dukes, 8 are challengers. and i'm beggining to have problems sa challengers ko (pangit kasi yung position ng PSU)
yung new casing+psu is only 1100 lang (according sa supplier ko) pwede pa bawasan kasi OK pa naman yung mga PSU...

so long story short...

PLAN A
UPGRADE
1. Renovate the shop.
2. Replace all CRTS with LCDS.
3. Replace all Casings.
4. atbp.
*Pati tables ko will be redone para mas maluwag pag LCD na.

PLAN B
EXPAND
1. Replace all Casings then DEPLOY to a NEW LOCATION. (mukhang bago)
Pero CRTS parin...
2. Renovate the shop.
3. Put new units.

1. will cost less... pero di ako sure if yung added income DAHIL renovated na will offset the spending sa pag renovate...
kasi same parin yung number of units ko... walang na dagdag
2. i will have to dispose of the monitors

PLAN B
1. will cost more... pero yung number of units will increase...
2. currently di naka aircon yung shop ko with CRTs... and baka pag linagyan ko ng AC sa new location di kayanin...

65watts = 0.065kWH = 52centavos per HOUR... @8pesos/kwH (province)

at 20units = 10.4pesos per hour

if mag upgrade ako sa LCD i would save 10.4pesos per hour...
i that enough reason to upgrade to LCD???

sir ask ko lang po:
ano po present standing ng shop nyo with regards to occupancy?

ganito ang ganang akin: sa plan A
kung kumikita naman kahit hindi sabay upgrade ng PC
andun na rin kasi ung market mo, wag ilipat sa ibang lugar

then go for branch out
mga bagong specs
pero wag isama ang chopsuey doon na talaga yon sa dati nyang pwesto

tapos pagsamahain mo ang income ng 2 shops then un ang pang upgrade mo sa 1st shop

Focus muna sa isa, kung malakas naman itong shop mo kikita ka pa rin after you done this option.

kung maganda na kita ng shop mo ngayon im sure after nyo magawa yung PLAN A
pwedeng madoble pa yung kinikita mo sa ngayon.

eto sa opinion ko...

do not upgrade:

buy new computers para madag-dagan, instead of upgrading, hayaan mo ng mamatay isa-isa yung mga units mo or ibenta mo nalang


no major renovation:

replace table one at a time or by segment, para tuloy-tuloy parin yun operation


expand/add branch without major interruption sa current shop

kung lagi ka naman puno i'll go for plan B

1Gallon black paint, damihan mo ang paint thinner para
makintab ang finish, then top coat = bnew looking case na.^_^
compressor P4k -6k depende sa Horsepower
Spray gun p750-1500 lang
1gal enamel paint = p420 - 480 depende sa brand
1gal paint thinner = p350 - 400 yata
1gal topcoat = ito di ko alam.hehe..
Labor = p350/day

*** Gawin mo LCD lahat, tapos yung mga CRT mo benta mo ng surplus or
tambak nalang muna sa bodega.^_^

sya nga pala, p5,200 nalang yung Chemei 18.5 "

*** Open ka ng bagong shop, hanap ko nung lugar na sa tingin mo pwede
pa ang CRT's at yung pwesto na kunti nalang renovation na gagawin
Lipat mo dito mga lumang pc mo, kahit mga 15units lang.

PATAYAN na labanan dito... 10/hour na... yung iba nga dito 10/h may aircon pa... ako wala...

yung bagong bukas puro aircon... so medyo humina...
to start with hindi naman talaga malakas... i would say average lang...

kaya medyo hesistant ako sa PLAN A. kasi i will be investing LCD monitors on the same SHOP... mag increase cguro yung income pero sa dami namin baka masayang pa yung investment ko sa LCD...

ACTUALLY... kadalasang reklamo ng tomers ko is WALA DAW AIRCON... mainit... sufficient naman yung Exhaust ko... kataon lang subrang init dito sa visayas...
problema naman is pag nag aircon ako malakas sa kuryente + mo pa CRT...

so sa tingin ko dapat talaga naka LCD + AIRCON...
120k LCD + 40k Aircon... = 160K na... OUCH!!!

Dati kasi 14-16k kuryente ko with AC... now mga 7-8K nalang...

I'll ko for Plan A

4. Uniform all casings. *Para magkaroon ng illusion na bago lahat ang PC mo.
