The Unified Lanshop Owners of The Philippines (ULOP) was formed on September 2005 following the initiative of a few concerned Internet Café Operators to unite all I-café operators in the country. Today, with the vast knowledge and helpful tips that is being shared, it became the playing ground of almost all the Internet Cafe Owners in the Philippines.
