The Unified Lanshop Owners of The Philippines was formed on September 2005 following the initiative of a few concerned Internet Café Operators to unite all I-café operators in the country. Today, with the vast knowledge and helpful tips that is being shared, it became the biggest Internet Cafe Owners Portal in the country.
